What to expect from a session:

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for psychotherapy services.

    You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.   • Clients are responsible for paying agreed upon fees for services at the time they are rendered in the forms of cash or credit cards.

  • Sessions will be conducted in a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. Throughout our therapeutic relationship, I will help you discover your authentic self so that you may live a more joyful life.

  • Customized clinical practice to meet your needs where we periodically review counseling plans and goals.

How long is a therapy session? Where are you located?

  • Each session is between 50 to 55 minutes long. It is recommended that clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions;

  • Prior to the first session, client will receive forms that must be completed and submitted beforehand;

  • The office is located at 1600 Wilson Blvd # 702, Arlington, VA 22209. However, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, I am currently providing online sessions through a HIPAA video compliant platform. Currently, I am only providing online sessions through a HIPAA video compliant platform.

How can I pay for my session?

  • I accept IVY and most major credit cards as forms of payment.

  • I can also provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider so that you may reimbursed for out-of-network coverage. Rates vary from $160 to $180 per hour for individual counseling sessions.

  • Please note that cancellations require 48 hours notice or a fee will be applied.
